The bad: bathroom was a too small. We had a standard room and the toilet was in a seperate enclosure to the sink and shower. The toilet was in an enclosure approx 3 foot by 3 foot.
The good: the hotel is in a good location, close to the train station and city centre shopping. It is also close to the beach and the old village.The room and hotel itself ws full of chracter and was decorates with artwork. The staff were very helpful and polite.

This was such an amazing experience. From our evening dining suggestions from our favourite concierge (Dragone - he knows where all the good food is at) to our unique room and view, we had a great time and can't wait to come back.

An older hotel in a decent location. Rooms are very large, but amenities are quite limited. Found front desk staff very helpful. Modern bathrooms with quite small showers. Decent value in a quite expensive area. Rated a 4 out of 5, but would have rated 3.5 if that was possible. Decent choice in an area with not many affordable good choices.

Clean rooms (no in-room tea/coffee making facilities?). Helpful staff. Breakfast is good with good quality of food and drink. Useful to be so close to train station for trips outside Nice. Outside station there is a bus stop that takes you to/from airport (#99). Not in most touristy part on Nice but 10min walk from it. As such there some very nice good restaurants at reasonable prices situated close to hotel.
