The room is very clean and nice , and their manager replied my email very fast ! I highly recommend it!

Good hotel, Don't get confused with ibis budget, it is few 100 mtrs away from the budget. Close to bus stop

this is awful. we were told at the airport to go to the hotel ibis budget, which is not this hotel as we found out later. the man at checkin was extremely rude when we arrived at the hotel ibis budget. there are absolutely NO signs either directing people to the hotel ibis airport. we even asked 3 people walking who pulled out their iPhones and looked on google and they couldn't find it either (it was all directing us to the hotel ibis budget.) so we kept walking and walking. past prostitutes. past broken car windows from previous break ins. past a guy totally passed out drunk/on drugs. finally arrived. this took ONE HOUR from terminal 2. when on the website and reviews it said it was across from the airport and a few minutes away. ha. what a joke. we finally checked in. arrived at our room. I turned on the lights and I saw a huge roach in the bathroom. keep in mind I am from NYC but this was not expected from a 3 star hotel. maybe the one next to it (1 star). and there is no fridge in the room. it also is crazy small. like you are on a boat. and no shuttle. and you have to pay for coffee. not even a machine in the room. and there is only 1 towel and I specified I was having my husband there as well. this place is pretty much the worst.
