Everything went super smoothly. Perfectly nice staff, payed exactly what I new upfront. The only thing one could do better: Car pick up is at Terminal 2.

After reading all bad reviews while boarding the plane I almost canceled my reservation. Extremely scared by bad reviews I was observing the car for half an hour looking for scratches and taking photos. An employee noted everything very patiently. It was already a good sign. BTW the car was upgraded from compact to a full size class. On return the car was accepted immediately. And even more the manager gave me 2 discounts for the next rentals. Highly recommended!

The only airport I've rented a car at where you just drop off your car without it being inspected first.

If you drop off before 7am, you take the risk since it clearly states that it's your responsibility until their people come in.

What could possibly go wrong?

Dropped the car off, left the key in the box. Should've taken photos but didn't -- my mistake for trusting them.

A month later I receive a bill that states the car has damage. The bill itself is incomprehensible. But they sure had to do a lot of work without spending much on parts. Go figure.

I've asked to review security camera footage to show that it wasn't me, but (1) they don't have access to said footage; and (2) it's still my responsibility since no one was at work yet.

I had insurance with MasterCard, but what a bad experience!

Scammer company. Their business model consists in attracting the customer with cheap daily rates and then make more money on the side. Their insurance is infamously expensive (we paid 20 Euros per day, that is 7000 Euros a year!) Yet remains with a 150 Euros deductible! Of course the initial inspection happens in a dark parking and the final inspection is done EXTREMELY carefully and in our case detected a scratch hidden under the rear bumper that there was no way setting in the first place and that we are sure we are not responsible for. They charged us 150 Euros for a repair. We are now talking with the credit card company to get our money back because Enterprise did not even bother answering our complaint.

AVOID. I was charged about 50% more for the rental than I was originally quoted when I made the reservation. Was told it would be US$211 and it wound up being something like US$285. No reason. I made no modifications to the reservation. I have now called Enterprise five times to try and get this resolved and get a refund for the overpayment and they are utterly useless in their ability to resolve this.

One wrinkle is that apparently locations such as this outside of the US and Canada are franchises, so it's clearly owned by some shady character who sees nothing wrong with ripping people off. I'm quite surprised by this experience. I've been renting almost exclusively with Enterprise for years and have never had a bad experience. But their reputation is being really dirtied by allowing shady operators like this to rip people off in their name.
