Very small rooms and not very clean sanitary installation but easy booking process and good for one overnight stay

BRRRRR altough a quite good and friendly welcome by the receptionist, take another hotel. The standard (stayed in a F1 hotel about 20 years ago) has since while had no improvements nor refreshments. This has resulted in only a very downgraded establishment where you get an old unclean room. Most residents look to be foreign workers and even beggars out of the street. My apologies for being honest. My congrats for the polite personnel!!!

Don't stay here! When I wanted to stay there: no towels, the lock of the door was broken... the hotel all over is in a very bad shape... I know it's a budget hotel, but I expect at least a certain basic standard from a hotel of Accor group. Furthermore, the customer service of Accor group did not treat me with respect. I had relevant additional costs for having to stay in another hotel - I did not get any no refund for that!
