Pleasant enough restaurant in the centre of Montpellier but on our experience not really to Michelin "Bib Gourmand" standard. Did we hit it on an off night?

We stopped by for lunch, which was excellent. Roasted pepper soup for starter, steak tartar as main and a creme Catalan with basil and lemon ice cream. Well worth a visit.

Delicious. Small menu + special chart of food allergens, so you know your options and if you can snatch a bite of your partner's plate. Nice ambiance.

Very nice experience at L'Artichaut : refined food with surprising flavours, and delicate presentation. Everything you should expect from fine French cuisine. Plus helpful and friendly service. An absolute must.
