Great location : less than 10 minute walk from train station and near from center and shopping mall. Clean large room, calm and quiet. Service was good when we needed. English is spoken.

Hotel is ok but difficult to find entrance. Rooms are large but dated a little. There is nothing inherently wrong with this hotel its just a little tired.
I would like to amend my review. I waited 10 minutes while trying to check out with nobody else in the queue. The staff were all chatting to a delivery driver and not one of them offered to help me until I asked. For this reason, if they are not going to take dealing with their customers as more than an inconvenience then I can not recommended this hotel.

Room was modern and clean. Staff helpful. Close to centre of Montpellier.
Seemed to be lots of homeless people close to night door which worriewas a worry for security and safety.
