Hotel in ibis metz woippy is a nice hotel spoiled by the really poor service not to be recommended if you wanted food or a drink we arrived by coach and it took us over an hour to get served and even longer if you wanted a drink the staff were very over worked and some were rude

The room was fine but there were no tea making facilities. When you have been travelling all day it is essential to have a hot drink
Breakfast was more about the absence of things. No plates, no serviettes, no spoons for eating cereals and the tea making machine broke down.
