Staff is helpful but the guided tour was catastrophic. They combine both French and English speaking tourists in the same guided tour. Then, the guide explains everything in both languages. We were few English speaking people in the group and we did not enjoy the guided tour as it was very quite disturbing.

They are vey kind and friendly. They helped us with transportations, tours and everything.
