The staff is friendly, but not as much as they could be to foreign guests. The hotel location is also a bit North of Lyon which is less than desirable. Definitely an industrial hotel focused on a convention center style hosting experience.

Smart hotel, well located next to Parc de la Tete d'Or, and within walking distance of the city centre. Beware that parking is €17 per day, and the free WiFi does not allow streaming services (another €20) if you want that.

Amazing staff that looked after us so well. Concierge was incredible and even rang around the city to find us bike boxes so we could fly our bikes home. They went above and beyond. Amazing room too with all the mod cons and large especially for Europe.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are modern and comfortable and everything is kept clean. The wifi is very slow, which is quite a let down. There is the option to upgrade your wifi from " high speed" to "extra high speed" but in reality it is upgrading the wifi from "my grandmother's 56k dialup" to "what classified as high speed internet in 2005". Still a very nice hotel in a nice area. I would recommend staying.. just not if you have a lot of work to do using the internet. Also the car park is very small and it seems to be first come first served there (although there is a public parking right next to it for slightly more money). Also on Saturday night we could hear the music in our room quite loudly, didn't bother us as we have earplugs, but could bother someone else.
