Although the position is very central, which is quite a good aspect, the residence's management is completely inadequate. They forgot to inform me about the house tax; the final cleaning costs - which are compulsory for anyone at the end of the rent, nevertheless, when I entered in my studio it was soiled and moldy; and they did not communicate to the government the end of my rental contract, nor they told me to do so, as a consequence, my mail is still arriving there.

Bad place, bad conditions and they will never give you back your deposit. And please dont try to speak in english in that place to the staff because they will not reply you.

Ok place to live, you get what you pay for, pretty small rooms, but very central.
