Good position, 5 minutes walking distance from the center. The room was clean and tidy, the only problem is that there was no heating in the bathroom. The staff is cheerful and very welcoming. A++

The stuff does not speak English which is ashamed for the hotel in the big city. The deny to understand English and behaves really rude. The hotel charged money twice and when I ask them to send it back (proof was added) they deny it.
