I loved how friendly the staff was and willing to help. The hotel is very calm inside hence the name.

Brilliant hotel, close to Lilleeurope station and a short walk to Old Lille. The staff, especially Sandra, were so friendly and helpful. A quiet oasis.

Just steps from the train station, CALM is reasonably priced and very conveniently located in the center of the city, but driving there is complicated because of the one-way streets and streets closed to cars, but once you get there parking is available in the garage, and the hotel is quiet and clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast is available but not very interesting for the price, but each room has a kitchenette so you can make your own.

I give 5 stars to this hotel. All good. The hotel, the reception, the service, the breakfast, the location.... I will definitely come back next time in Lille. I recommend 100%
