Awesome location. Next to bus and rail terminal. Tram line outside. Very basic amenities in the room. The drains were clogged in the shower and sink. Free water bottle everyday. Breakfast spread is big and good. Staff friendly and polite.

Convenient for business travel. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Close to train station and team terminal. Lots of good restaurants closer by.

Very upscale hotel in a great location to city center. Public transportation is right out the door. Rooms are nice and clean and very spacious.

Novotel style, but it is rather old and needs renovation urgently. It is not worth 4 stars. Executive room are just bigger then other rooms with plenty of empty space. Breakfast selection is limited.
Positive point is the great service.
