This is a fabulous little hotel with an equally lovely restaurant, which is very popular at lunchtime. The staff were all welcoming and happy. The rooms we stayed in (206 and 207) were on the ground floor looking out onto the pool and they were both excellent. Air conditioning that worked properly, fridge, safe, kettle and proper cups. The bathroom had been well done, with a great shower. We stayed for 4 nights overall and would definitely return (we don't normally stay anywhere for more than 2 nights). The restaurant has some outstanding wines and the cheese board is just awesome. The menu is a little limited but there were daily specials when we were there (August 2017), so after 3 nights you might want to go elsewhere. Well done Best Western, this is a fantastic hotel.

The hotel is in the centre of Reims with easy access to sights, restaurants and bars. The staff were helpful and efficient. The room was clean.
Breakfast at €17 was a little overpriced. The room was comfortable and clean.
