With recently refurbished bedrooms, this is a decent, inexpensive, hotel to stay in en route to or from the ferry port of Ouistreham or for a couple of nights whilst exploring the area. Situated just off the Caen periphique and quite easy to access, it also has secure overnight parking. Useful if you are travelling fully loaded.
The integral restaurant offers reasonable food at reasonable prices or there are plenty of other eateries within a few kilometres.
Its closeness to the ring road means it can be a bit noisy but with closed windows the rooms are peaceful enough for a decent night's sleep.
