Well someone just opened our door with their room key and tried to get in as we were trying to go to sleep, and when we called the front desk no one was there to complain about it. So if you like barricading your door so drunken strangers can't open it, this is the place for you.

my husband and I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel on the 1sr August 2016. Firstly there is no elevator from underground car park to reception so we had to park on the street and then to add insult to injury we were denied entry into the dining room for dinner as there were 2 tour groups We feel as paying guests we should have been accommodated. We had to go out of the hotel and walk in the rain to try and find something to eat. It was a Monday night and nearly everything was closed. It was obvious that the staff in the bar area near dining room couldn't have cared less.

The lady receptionist was so kind and helpful. She provided me with maps and information and also a travel adaptor for my phone, without which I would have been uncontactable. A life saver. The hotel itself was, like all Ibis Hotels I have stayed at, reliable, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The corridors were beautifully scented.
The only problem I experienced was the bar. The notice in the lift said the bar was open 24 hours. When I returned from dinner at 10:15pm, the bar was closed. When I asked the male receptionist about it, he offered to make me a coffee. I had to walk back into town to get a nightcap. Please change the sign in the lift.
