Dynamo is known in Turku for being a hippie place. Do not expect anything fancy as the place is very minimalistic. During summer it can get very hot in there.
Dynamo is also one of the most safest Nightclubs. Bar will serve almost any drink, but there are limits. Also do not expect to get best cocktails there.
Workers and bouncers are friendly and help you if needed.
Music is mostly very different from main stream. If you are interested in music like Duft Punk, Majestic Casual channel or Florence and The Machine you might hear them in Dynamo. Upstairs play usually more unknown music as downstairs do more of oldies, but Goldie's and even heavy metal can be played. Dynamo has sometimes live music also.
In Dynamo you can dance, sit and chat or just hang around the bar. It can get crowded sometimes.
There is entry fee around 5-10€ depends on the day and hour. You can leave your belongings in storage for 2-2,5€. The drinks are cheap compared to other places.
If you enjoy minimalistic style and relaxing new music then this place is for you!

Quite cozy place. Not too mainstream but doesnt try to be especially "hip" either.

The go-to venue of everyone who wants to hear something else than mainstream EDM on the dancefloor. An old wooden house with cheap beer and maybe the most eclectic selection of DJs and live music.
