Very good public sauna which provides possibility to swim in lake, all year long. One visit costs 7 €, have swimsuit and towel with you (they also rent if you don't have). Sauna is very big and tall so there are 4 different height seating levels so you can choose what temperature suits best for you. There is a grill on the yard where you can cook sausages.

Clean public sauna with good restroom and changing areas, friendly staff and people. Hot löyly. You must try it out if you're visiting Tampere.

Fantastic coed sauna, right next to the lake for contrast bathing. Nothing beats hopping into the ice-cold lake after being in the sauna! Bring a swimsuit and towel.

Minimalistic but beautiful sauna for just 7€.
Separated dressing rooms, mixed sauna. Sauna requires a swimsuit, you can rent a towel&shoes if you don't have some. You sit on a flat wooden piece instead of taking another towel. Outside you have a nice view on the lake and can swim there. The sauna is fired with wood and is ~90-95 degrees Celsius.

This is the hard core winter swimming sauna in Tampere. It gets pretty hot at the top benches, but the lowest ones are quite accommodating for weaker souls. Usually very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, open to all kinds of people. Very good facilities for winter swimming. Sometimes very crowded during weekends.
