Alternative to the monopoly. If you want to see films that are not mainstream Hollywood, this is your place. The screen is smallish by modern standards and the place looks like it's seen some use, but that's just part of the charm. And there's a bar right there.

Niagara has always a very good selection of films going on. You will find in its showings foreign independent movies, home productions and some big Hollywood movies worth watching.
Prices are particularly attractive compared to the other big corporation in town.
