First time in finland and first hotel that im staying at so im not sure if its the standard size for a hotel room in finland but the toilet wise is a bit small and the pillow is small and the bed is soft but this two are just personal preferences overall this hotel does provide a good customer service and it is clean so i would recommend this hotel ! Had a pleasant night here!

perfect! great location, tram in front of the hotel, room confortable, excelent breakfast! Reception very helpful, especially SANNA was there for us all the time(changing the room,giving information about visiting and everything,giving umbrella :))
the only bad memory - my stolen phone in Market Square!! but that's not anybody's fault!

Perfectly acceptable although I was expecting a little more for the price. My room was in the style of a student hall and I could touch both walls with one hand. Mass produced buffet breakfast, but fresh fruit was nice. Staff were really friendly.

Nice clean hotel with friendly, very helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast, although the dining room could get a bit crowded. Conveniently located for the trams. Would stay again.
