During my two years employment at the university of Helsinki, I have had my fair share of trips to the local pub - Oljenkorsi. The beers are rather expensive ranging up to 9 EUR, but the selection is very impressive. With new casks on tap every week, the place is definitely worth a try if you are in the neighborhood. Only downside is that it is located slightly away from the city center (approx 10 min by bus).

Good selection of ever-changing draft n craft beers. Basic lager is very reasonably priced, the craft beers dont come cheap but are delicious. Cozy, great for proper beer tasting
