Went there to seek emergency help after Terveystalo told me to wait 1.5 hrs despite my visible pain. I want to give credit to the nurse who received me, very professional, warm, and seems genuinely interested. Relatively short wait time in the ER, but the lab tests took so long. An hour after my samples taken the lab did not know where my samples were.

The worst hospital I have ever visited .the waiting is too long and they never show concern for there patients.i don't how this thing can even be called a hospital.

Why did i give only 2 Starts? My dad has very high sugar levels as he has diebetes and they couldnt make surgery for safely before his sugar levels decrease to safe level. We have requested them nicely multiple times about giving diabetes friendly food that doesnt raise sugar levels. We told no sugar and low carb would be the best or atleast grain free. They never listened to us, they gave all the crap everyday increasing his sugar levels up to 21. I appreciate all that they have helped but this is major issue in most of the hospitals. They ll slowly kill you by food. Ive talked with many people and telling isnt there any possibility to give only vegetables and meat rather than white bread, porridge and juice which is not good for him. They will look at you and smile and give the same foods again. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone who has diabetes, because of my bad experience. Might be there are better nurses in this hospital ofc, but I got a very negative picture from this case. If they are trying to decrease your sugar levels, then why are they giving foods that immedeatly increase it to the roof and same time giving insulin that doesnt help?!! He has been there for many days and this service is the worst.
