Nice place to eat and see part of history of Addis. Accomodations is cheap and you get what you pay for, good for travels on budget

Taitu was the first hotel in Ethiopia, which makes it quite cool, but you can tell the place is 100 years old...The rooms are outdated and old, the bathrooms are also bad...There is no wi-fi in the rooms, only at the reception and the restaurant, and you have to pay for it. Breakfast is not included.
Nonetheless, the food at the restaurant is good.

Terrible place to stay. The rooms are really gross and humid. Don't bother asking for a shower: you'll only get cold water anyways. By far the worst hotel I've seen for that price in Ethiopia.

The Ethiopian eat as you can vegan buffet is very good and highly recommended. The price is very comfortable.
