Stayed 2 days & generally the condition of the hotel was ok. I found the receptionists had unreasonable comments for our issues. We looked at 3 rooms before we chose one that was acceptable. First room on the 11th floor had a leaking ceiling in the bathroom & the receptionist said it must have been raining.. As if it was acceptable for it to be leaking.
The room we settled for on the 10th floor was ok but cold as it was a rainy few days & none of the rooms were heated or air conditioned. Oh & we lydnedidn't have any hot water the whole time we stayed!
The restaurant food was good but nothing special. The Churchill club sandwich was good (Don't have the beef stroganoff as it was dreadful)
All the staff were friendly and were great with our 2 year old boy.

Had a brief stay at this hotel which is not far from the City Centre and actually within walking distance of two large mosques. I was a bit confused because a plaque in the lobby said that the hotel was inaugurated in 2010, then it has decayed a bit because there are signs of wear and tear.
Other than that, the room was large and spacious, the toilet cistern was not flushing and even though a call to reception was made, no attention was given to it. There are no showers, just the flexible shower handle which is not too cool, but usable.
Breakfast and lunch did not have much options and the offerings did not look too appetising, so I skipped dinner. Wi-Fi was good with different passwords for the different floors.
What I can say is the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel has a regular shuttle to and from the airport.

This hotel is in not very far from the city centre. Had a stay there due long duration flight connection. Rooms are spacious and views are awesome. Dinner and breakfast speed is decent enough . Bon voyage
