Slowest service ever. Getting food took about 1,5 hours and they didnt serve drinks (not even water!!) before the food was ready. We ordered pitcher of sangria, and it never arrived. When asked the waiter said they cannot do it. But we had to ask, nobody told us they couldnt do it after all. Food plates were mixed up by the waiters (they didnt know what they were serving so we had to sort it out our self). After asking for the bill we waited for it another 45-60 minutes. And after paying we waited over 30 minutes for the change.
On positive side, food was very good. That is why I dont give 1/5.

I was here on 1st floor with out get service for 30min. waitress sitting with friends and doesn't care costumer at all. worst place ever

Food is tasty, prices reasonable, plac itself quite cozy. On the second floor they have more space and service is little bit faster than on the first floor where they usually don't notice you and you need to go and ask yourself. However, not the fastest service and also theh tend to mix bills etc.

Slow service, apathetic waitresses. Guinness tastes like water and no snacks after 10pm. What are these guys doing with their bar? Trying to fade away? There are much better places right nearby.
