Booked a standard room for 1, and by booking it asked for double bed and/or balkony and/or seaview if possible. Got my double bed, balkony, huge bathroom with shower and bath and seaview on the 3rd floor (hotel has 3 floors). So basicaly got everything for a ridiculously small price! I'm impressed!

We enjoyed our stay in the Suite with a view to the Castle and the sea for one night. The suite was quiet clean and big. There was a sauna but we could not find instruction for using it. The public pool and small Jacuzzi can be accessed till 21.00, there is a separate saunas in men and women changing rooms as well as one more downstairs, which we did not go (need to have a card with you). Breakfast was tasty and contained various things (even 2 types of herring :))
I'm not very demanding person, but found few marks on door, some dusty plastic fences on balcony and leaking shower head. There was a fridge but surprisingly it was empty (would be nice to have at least water). It is possible to buy drinks and snacks at reception. Overall the the price and quality is more or less balanced.
Better to do not open the windows in the evening as you may have unwanted guests (mosquitoes). Near by is nice restaurant Kuressaare Kuursaal with tasty local food and beer Pöide.

Location is great, directly in front of the caste. Probably was a luxury place 30 or 20 years ago.. but "time is running out" and some area need to be renovated. my bathroom was not good enought compared to the rest of the room. We been there in 3 people, 2 of us hosted in a room on ground floor with a little bathroom with just shower, and 1 of us hosted on 2 floor with a bigger bathroom with bathtube. Breakfast was fine and staff was nice and polite.

The spa portion of this hotel felt like a regular swimming pool. There was one water slide, but that's about it. Food tasted like regular school food in Finland. Breakfast was good. During our visit here there was construction site right next to our room, and they kept very much noise. (We weren't aware of this before reserving the hotel). Hotel had advertisements of bowling, but it had been broken for two years according to reception. I gave two stars only because of good breakfast and relatively cheap snooker table, but otherwise can't recommend this.

Nice clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast was better now than the last time I stayed here (loved the freshly baked buns!), although I would prefer more vegetarian options on behalf of the meat. Only stayed one night, and unfortunately I had no have time to visit the spa area myself, but those in my company who did go there seemed to really have enjoyed it. Next time!
