I would have given this hotel a higher rating as it is in a decent location and not bad.
However, upon check-in I was given a higher price than what I had booked it for online. The receptionist was extremely rude trying to lie that it's a tax (even though my reservation included tax). In fact it was some made-up commision (I took the piece of paper from him that he was trying to hide and just showed me a number). Then I asked him to call booking and he replied it's my problem and I should call myself. And I either pay what he asks for or I can go to another hotel (in the middle of the night).
This is unacceptable.
In addition the wifi doesn't work in the rooms. Aircon was broken and swimming pool is closed at night.
