Waited 30 minutes to order, then waited 30 minutes for the drinks. Now we've been here for an hour and a half. And they forgot one of our burgers.
Ordered 4x Chicken burger and 1x Fish and Chips. All looks good. No sauce for the Fish and Chips. And missing one burger...
Asked: "Can we have some sauce (remoulade, mayo) for the fish and chips?"
Answer from waitress: "I'm sorry, but we only have sauce for specific food"
We went in and asked the chef.
Answer from chef: "Which dip would you like?"
Bad service, nice food and clearly a misallignment between waitresses and chef, when the chef is willing to help his customers, but waitors aren't.
Good advice: order as fast as possible. If there are many guests, then don't go there. They don't seem to be able to handle many guests.

Not impressive vegetarian burger. Fries were crispy.. but maybe not intentionally...

Absolutely fantastic waiter and fantastic energy and service, we had this morning.
I was with my daughter and her mom and he treated us with massive respect, kindness and service of the extra mile.
