Very helpful people. The ladies take their time to answer your questions and they are very polite. Anytime I had a problem with not understanding something, they gladly helped me every time. My only 'problem' is that the waiting queue is a bit long since there are just two desks opened for dealing with clients and usually just one info-desk. But overall, cool customer service.

Everybody working here is extremely rude. They won't even talk English to you unless you literally beg them. And I don't understand Danish at all. It was a fight when I tried to open a bank account with them. I just wanted a debit card and a bank account. Came with all the required documents and hoped it'll be enough. The lady I was assigned to asked me all this stupid questions over and over again and decided, and she told me this: "based on your answers you do not need a bank account. So I will not create you one". I was like WTF! I got really angry and was one of the moments in my life when I lost it: "here are the documents, here's the money for the tax. You just open the bank account and don't decide if I need it or not!!". So she opened it.
