A most unique training facility in the best way, that allows you to play and explore. HoC offers various types of training. It is clear they have an interest in continuously improving and to grow in a way that will suit their members' needs. Curious, open minded members and the friendly, empathic owners give HoC a sense of homeliness you will find nowhere else

wonderful place with friendly people :) great way to socialize and to work out. the concept allows people with different levels to be part of it and not to feel excluded! :) All of the instructors are nice and are ready to answer your questions, also to push you if you need a bit of additional motivation and believe in yourself :) Absolutely worth the money :)

House of Concrete is the best place to train pole, hoop or whatever you decide for the day! I had trouble getting down to train! Then for 6 months ago I started at HOC and now i can't wait to go to classes and DON'T want to go home!! The people are amazing. The classes are helpful and trainers are patient and all above! I got new friends for life! I began to learn pole but I have leant SO much more then just that! HOC have change my life! Thank you and I highly recommend HOC for everyone!

As an international student, House of Concrete made Aalborg feel more like home for me :) It's a super nice and hyggeligt place where everyone can feel welcome. I love that the teachers always speak English (or both English and Danish) if there are internationals in the classes and everyone is just really nice and ready to help; not to mention they host some amazing events :) I would recommend HoC to anyone, it's really the place to be in Aalborg :D

Noticeably overpriced. 1) Some rooms in the building desperately need reconstruction, 2) Classes are monotonic, boring and always the same (stretching) 3) Poor customer service in general. Therefore, there is absolutely no value for money charged. Additionally, if you are out of country, injured or dead, you will be charged you months in forward no matter what. I strongly do not recommend anyone to get involved with this team ever.
