We enjoyed a really lovely dinner here. The dining experience was excellent. The food was great, the ambience was comfortable & rather interesting. We would go back, for sure - highly recommend!!

My husband and I went here for dinner the day after our wedding. It was really good! He had the hangover breakfast with goulash and a beer while I had the salmon breakfast with prosecco. It was all so tasty. Also had great coffee. The history of the building is really interesting. Worth a visit.

A nice recommendation that we were pleased to follow. Nice classic European ambiance, great food. Somewhat lively atmosphere but calm at the same time. Probably even a nice place for a solo visit as you can soak up the scene while blending into the background. Quiet enough despite the business to even go with some friends and have some audible convo.

The czech best beef cream sauce! Their creamy chicken breast was also a delight. For those who enjoy duck pate - theirs was simply amazing as well.
Prices are extremely affordable too! Highly recommend.

So much more could be done with this place. It has such a rich history. There could be more information visible about historical figures that frequented the cafe (portraits on the walls?). Plus, it looks a bit shabby and the food I ordered, whilst fresh, completely lacked any imagination. Rickety chairs and tables with a "canteen" feel. The 70's and 80's are over guys. The communists left.
