We had a great time. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in September. Large room cozy and a very quiet atmosphere. The hotel staff is very courteous and professional. Especially one guy named Jan who gave us really amazing service. he genuinely cared that our stay will be enjoyable. Thanks to all the hotel staff it was awesome! Go there. Stay there.

Super fijn verblijf gehad we hebben zelfs nog een nacht bij geboekt. Het hotel was net weer open na verbouwing. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en de kamer perfect in orde. Personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. De locatie was ook goed. Afstand naar het centrum is prima te lopen. De afstand naar de dierentuin is wat verder (ook door de combinatie met de hele dag lopen dierentuin) maar goed te doen indien goed ter been. De parkeerruimte bij het hotel was wat schaars, maar daar hebben we geen last van gehad en konden de auto altijd kwijt. Het was een hotel waar ik zeker terug kom bij een volgend bezoek aan Praag.

Arrived for a 3 night stay sat 2nd september the welcome was very warm and friendly informative also all staff from restaurant food was so lovely rooms very clean spotless nice decor i look forward in another visit in the future

Very nice hotel. The room is very generous. The cleanliness was okay and the mini bar was well stocked. The safe in the room did not cost anything extra that is not in every hotel like this. The car park is monitored directly outside the house and video.
The staff was nice and friendly, it has even brought the luggage to and from the car. The breakfast was okay, unfortunately there is no bread, but bread and toast. This is not a shortcoming. At the hotel is a steak house where you can eat and drink well.
Located in the embassy district and one is in 20 minutes on foot in the old town.
Anyone planning a city break, I would recommend the hotel. Throughout the hotel and in the restaurant there is free Wi-Fi.

very poor! dirty room which dont look at all like presented on the pictures. We stayed for 3 night and were very disappointed with the hotel. The price was very high for the quality of rooms. The service also wasnt great. breakfast was disappointing too. Overall we came back very upset and we do not recommend it to anybody. :(
