Abive average restuarant. Meals are not that cheap but you can sit on the outside terrace which is allright. They have a kids playground and that is not easy to find in the close neighbourhood.

Today was our 4th time in this restaurant. Until now we were always very satisfied, food was delicious and service fast and friendly. Unfortunately, we could not say the same about today experience. As usual we have booked a table outside for 19:00. We came on time, did drinks orders and then food order at cca 19:20. At 19:45 our waitress (could not get her name, she was with black short hair) came back telling us that 1/2 of out order disappeared and she need to ask again what we ordered. I did not question her more, I just told her that cheese quesadilla I ordered also for my 20 months old daughter so would be good to have it asap. Another 20 minutes passes and even the last table who came much later than us received food. I asked same waitress how much more we need to wait, she said she would check, came back and said 5-10 min. Food finally arrived at 20:20, 1h after we made out order. Finally we could enjoy it, it was good as always, only thing is that my husband´s rumpsteak was cooked medium well instead of medium and my father´s fillet beef medium instead of medium well. We finished out food, same waitress came to clean up and asked us if everything was fine, I said yes except the fact that steaks were not cooked as we ordered but we did not want to give it back and wait another 1h. She asked again then if everything was ok then? I think I was not clear enough. Then I asked for bill as it was close to 20:45, bed time for my daughter. I went inside to pay by card. Second waitress asked if everything was ok, I said no and explained that we waited too long and steaks were not cooked as we ordered them and I also said it would be at least nice to get 2 small beers for free as compensation. She said that just because we waited we could not get free beer, I told her that we did not wait because it was busy with customers but because her colleague made mistake and she was not even able to truly apologize and admit it. Then I just left because I got very mad due to this behavior towards me as client. I worked few summers as waitress both in USA and Ireland, my husband has been working as a chef for 10 years so we know this business and we know that people are only humans and can make mistake but if you make it you at least try to make customer satisfied at the end which definitely did not happen and I am really afraid I would not visit this restaurant again.
