Four star is quite optimistic. We were moved here after our own hotel overbooked. The room is very small (no sofa or chairs, just a bed and desk). There's a fridge and a (locked) safe and the bathroom is just a shower room.....very small. There's no public lounge or anything, just a breakfast room.

Breakfast is quite good - good range and buffet style, though hot food isn't very hot.

There's NO tea/coffee facility in the room, no kettle or cups, and there's no obvious drinking water (bottled water in the fridge at £2 per bottle).

Easy walking distance to town centre and staff friendly, though.

Very inexpensive hotel, which offers us a good experiement in Prague. Hotel is located in good place near Andel's metro station, where you can travel to the city center in 4 minutes. Breakfast is included, but it was pretty small and some thing is missing. Better than nothing :) I noticed that in our room there is no plug in the toilet, so that makes shaving and applying make up little harder.

It's nice and cozy place and staff is more or less polite. However, hotel shampoo doesn't smell very nice and shower is pretty small. It is not possible to heat the room during summer, which isn't very comfy when the weather is not actually warm. Wi-Fi connection is EXTRAORDINARY BAD.

Room comfortable but experience in general was poor. No proper curtains in the window, only very light sheer blind. Fan was broken which meant room was hot. Staff not friendly and verging on rude, felt like we were being interrogated when checking in. Breakfast not up to a 4* standard.

Very nice and comfy hotel.
Clean and quiet.
Great breakfast.
