The staff was happy to help with whatever we needed, but they don't speak English almost at all. The breakfast was nice but keep in mind that who ever is working at a reception is the main cook as well, so the quality varies a lot. They tend to be rather slow with bringing out whatever is missing so your breakfast might take a while. The rooms are clean! And you can get fresh towels every day - if you need them of course. We haven't tried the pool but it looked nice.
The location is good just to get somewhere, there's almost nothing in the vicinity. If you need some local restaurants or shops you'll have to get to Zenklova street and that's not necessarily a short walk. They say that there's internet in every room - that is correct but the signal is very bad and the internet very slow. Unless you're the only person using it you won't be able to do anything with it. The rooms have old furniture which is worn - I personally don't care about that but the mattress should have been better, now my back hurts... In the offer they say that they offer transfer to and from the airport - this is not true, they just call a taxi and that's it... Their restaurant is decent but the menu is not what it seems to be. They just have 3 or 4 items that they can prepare for you - having said that keep in mind that the portions are somewhat bigger so if you really need to eat there you'll get a decent size meal. I've been to 3 star hotels and this one is not worth the money, they should be at least 30% cheaper.

Very nice and helpful front desk woman. The bedroom was really warm and nice. Totally recommend.

Not quite, it's on main street. close to centre but bad position. get to subway lasts at least 15 minutes.
