Nice hotel with bad staff

A nice enough hotel, but the WiFi is amazingly shoddy, despite my room not even being far away from where I assume the route is. The maintenance of the room is not quite right, for example my table has some pretty obvious scrapes. Also, there is no kettle and tea/coffee, which is standard in most 3 star hotels, at least in my experience.

However, the location is great, the beds are comfy and the staff is nice and helpful.

Nice and decent hotel very close to the metro jinonice. co workers/ visitors saying that is ok.
