Hotel Angelis

A nice hotel in a relatively convenient location near the centre of Prague. Nice friendly staff with all the facilities that you need for a short city break. The clientele were mainly couples and it didn't seem to attract groups or stag parties, which we were grateful of. The decoration was very dated but was clean and functional. We were given a large room with a separate living room and bedroom and had more than enough space. Breakfast was also included and was a good selection of standard buffet items. The surrounds of the hotel are not as attractive as the central areas of the city, but it is a short distance from frequent metro and tram routes to everywhere in the city. It only took around 10 minutes to get to Wencelas Square using the metro or tram. There is also a large shopping centre just up the road, which was useful when we first arrived. The hotel is also right opposite the Staropramen brewery.

Fantastic hotel , clean , nothing is too much trouble, very good service. Breakfast was excellent, staff were relaxed and helpful. Don't be put off by the location. Excellent transport links, close to shopping centre and some excellent eating and drinking places.

Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The stay was nice, rooms were cleaned daily! The breakfast was just about par, with only a few options!

Clean, but low quality. Too expensive. 6:30am must wake up time due to truck collecting trash.
If they rate themselves as 4* hotel I believe there should be at least one bottle of water in the room. Iron was missing. Breakfast very basic.

Great hotel, room was huge and everything was clean and modern. Breakfast was decent as well. It is close to a metro station which you can take to other parts of the city (get a metro map!)
