Very small rooms, mediocre food, staff isn't very knowledgeable or willing to help perhaps due to the amount of tourism the city gets. BETTER SPEND 50-70$ MORE PER NIGHT AND STAY AT A NORMAL HOTEL.

We loved the small but yet very updated and modern hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast and an outstanding location - one negative point (although the hotel advertises the details of the upgrade they have done, thinking about every detail for our comfort, our bath tub was so high that we had troubles getting in and out - it is actually dangerous).

Hotel is located very close to Old Town (7-10 min by foot). Breakfasts are not such a good, but enough to start a good day in Prague :)

Great location, nice modern bathrooms, but bedroom is outdated a little and navigating the hallways are a little tricky. Hotel staff are great and friendly, LOVE the little Czech in your pocket translations... I would recommend staying here

Nice hotel in a central location. Very close to old town square. Our room had a very nice view of Franciscan garden, as well. However, the sound insulation can be improved. We could hear other guests in the corridor quite clearly.
