I rented a car in June 2016. Had the best experience ever, they delivered a NEW Skoda and gave us a kids car seat at no additional cost, will be back for sure.

Don't rent here. I got an email they charged my credit card 73 EUR for a scratched wheel even though the inspection at the return said all is ok and no extra cost will incur. I've sent them two emails and tried to call them a few times demanding an explanation. No answer.
American Express has tried to contact them as well. No luck.

Not sure why there are all these negative reviews. Our service was outstanding. They will bend over backwards for you to get you a vehicle when you need it. Here's our story:
We were last minute trying to get a car to visit Terezin. Other places needed a longer lead time to get the car into the city because of parking constraints. We then went to Dvorak and, without a reservation, they allowed us to use their one car on-site immediately. Because they hadn't had time to clean it out from the last user (it was basically already clean) they gave us about 60% off, and we had the car even sooner. Also, it was a full-size, very spacious, new vehicle for a full family and more than 7 pieces of luggage.
IN ADDITION, to give us more time on our trip, the operations manager offered to pick the car up from the train station a mile away, where we were supposed to catch a train after returning the car. We accepted and he followed through right on time. They were also very pleasant.
Because of Dvorak, Rent a Car, our trip was that much better!

DVORAK RENT A CAR is a TRAP!
They lose your reservations, make you wait for hours before getting a car. Even after paying 20 e/day extra for full insurance, they will charge you 150 e for a scratch on the wheels which are not covered according to the small prints in the contract! Tell for yourself, where do you mention wheel damage on their form?
