Generally this is the least expensive option in Prague. Helpful staff. Be advised that you cannot park in front of this location (you must go around to the back).

Good points: car was modern, in good working order and clean inside and outside. I was able to pick up and drop of the car from different office in Prague. Good value for money. Bad points: customer service was absent. They were very rude and not helpful at all. You almost feel you are they enemy. Charger point was broken. We had to use usb point which charges slower. If you relay on your mobile phone for sat nav it will be a big problem for you. There was a strange noise from the engine but car was reliable. If you have a choice it's better to spend little bit extra and choose a company which value your business and you as a customer.

I broke a wheel (first time in my life, going 10 km/h because of traffic jam and what a coincidence the insurance I paid covered everything BUT if you broke a wheel...) and they wanted me to pay 350€!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Luckily I am living in Prague and when I told them that, they offered me a super big discount: 170€ for a wheel... My czech boyfriend had to come, so they saw we were not tourist and we could go to a taller where they change two wheels for only 90€. Service to client was REALLY bad, they tried to cheat me... I imagine that if you have a plane and you have to go, you pay the 350€. So bad, I will NEVER EVER go again.

Warning! Do not use this company! They are making frauds with scratches that did not happen during your rental. Then they start acting unprofessionally after the reclamation!
