A good location. The staff could be warmer. Some young bartenders know too they are attractive. However, they will be old, as well :o)

I was pleasantly greeted by a handsome young clerk, but he does not speaks Romanian :o(

It was my third stay. The staff is new and friendly, the rooms are renewed nicely.

The worst experience ever.
The staff are really friendly but don't speak English, they tried their best but the owner was really rude and didn't sort ou the problems we had in the apartment.
First problem we had was with the bedroom witch was freaking cold and we asked for a spare duvet, the owner came into the bedroom and gave me another thin one, she didn't even nock the door.
Second problem was the Internet, I spent 3 days with no connection and they didn't sort out.
The facilities were very basic and we didn't receive all the promotional items offered when we booked.
If you want to make your staying in Prague more joyable find somewhere with better facilities.
