This was my first experience at an Autograph Collection Marriott and I have to say, for the price I was not thoroughly impressed. The room was nice, but I've seen much bigger rooms with better features for muuuuch less per night. This one was clean and it got the job done, but again not impressing me with the prestige or value. The one saving grace was the grade A service, from check-in to check-out.
Other than that, I was most looking forward to the spa and wellness area. It was definitely really nice and relaxing, but I found it very odd that the pool area with jets had very luke-warm water. I was fully expecting a hot tub, but maybe this isn't common in Europe? I could be wrong...

Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. We were overnight guests for 3 nights. The breakfast was amazing (included for us because we have Marriott status), the pool was beautiful and relaxing and the staff was very helpful and accommodating with everything. I would recommend staying here, the price you pay is fair for the quality you get.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Close to the central train station and to the city center. The bed was huge and comfy. The room was big and clean and the bath was just great. The service is amazing, and very attentive. There's an spa at the hotel but I didn't visit it. The only thing I would mention it is that the reception is not classical, you have individual desks where you feel more like in a bank asking for a loan than in a hotel waiting for a room. But the hotel is just perfect.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2017 for 4 days and have no regrets with their service. The room was clean and spacious, comfortable enough for the 3 of us ( with an additional bed included). The bathrooms are cleaned regularly and there is a fresh change of towels. Breakfast was always a highlight with fresh juices, breads and a selection of cheeses as a staple. The location is ideal as it is close to the tram station as well as the rail station ( all within a 3 min walking radius ). The city centre is a pleasant 10 min walk and you get to enjoy beautiful buildings on the way. The service recovery in the hotel is great. Even with minor hick-ups the manager Peter was quick to rectify the matter to our satisfaction. The staff are friendly and eager to please. I strongly recommend this hotel to those visiting Prague.

The hotel is in the city centre, but in a peaceful square with no traffic and very useful tram stop to the heart of Prague.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, just colder of the first level, but on the bed level cosy and well heated. Bathroom in the room needs some refurbishment, but the rest of the property is finely decorated and it's historical time enhanced and very well preserved. Breakfast was as in a five star hotel should be. Reception is efficient and very kind, able to welcome guests in the proper way and assist with necessities.
