I love such places. New, modern, simply equipped. Nice restaurant downstairs, but closes at shaft 22:00. I find also the breakfast concept of getting wooden box with preselected stuff at defined time very nice. Private closed parking is plus.
The only downside was a missing AC - we came at the hottest week and it was pretty hot in the room and hotel is quite close to tramway line. You have to make a choice ;-)
Nevertheless I strongly suggest to visit the place.

Very good place where to spend a night. Close to train station and 15 minutes to the main road with nightclubs. Not the safest area in the city, but they have a closed parking for your car.
