Jidlo bylo dobré a chutné , obsluha velmi milá vše bylo dobré až do doby kdy jsme si odskočili na WC. Přirovnání k vlakovému nádraží příměstské dopravy z roku 1982. Štítil jsem se vykonat potrebu a to jsem chlap který při čůrání stojí.

I couldn't remember when I ate worse food. I was really hungry and could eat literatelly anything but the food that they served was unbearable. We haven't waited long for our meal and now I understand why. The food that they brought us wasn't fresh it was only reheated up. Our meat was greenish and tasted awfull so as the rest of the food. Prices are really high so you can eat much better food for the same money at other places in Karlovy Vary.

The second day of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, and this place wasn't prepared for the extra people in town.
My wife and I were staying in Karlovy Vary, and had Czech family visiting us from Prague.
We ordered drinks and food food, got our drinks delivered after 15 minutes and food after an hour. We did of course ask where our food was.
The owner or manager realised the problems going on and advised the staff to tell customers there would be delay.
My sister in law got a drink spilt over her from a waiter and he wanted to argue.
My wife and I ordered vegetarian pizza and the corn on it over powered the other ingredients. Too much sweetcorn.
This place isn't worth it and it pays to stay away. Very low quality.

I don't offer this restaurant. The only good thing was the quick service.
Half of the meals from the menu was not accessible. The waiter forgot a soup and two main courses. We ordered Becherovka than she needed to leave the restaurant to buy it. It's not a good reputation if they can't effort the necessary supply in order to serve the client.
Paying the bill was the biggest surprise: she wanted to make us pay 1300 CZK for a consuption of 800 CZK. Even a gourmet restaurant wouldn't ask more than 30% service fee...

Lovely drinks but food is below average. Get yourself a Pilsner and Becherovka and you'll be happy.
