Dirty, loud, average breakfast, average staff. Parking is approx 500m away, walking distance.
Old rooms, old towels and old furniture. I've reserved queen size bed and it was two beds. They have it written in their reservation. Pay attention when you are placing your reservation.
Price is too high for such a place.

Stayed here for 5 nights during MSV Brno and the hotel is bang opposite to the main entrance... just few steps to entry gate!!
Rooms are nice and we got a three bedroom on arrival
Water pressure is not upto the mark for shower and they do not replace used glasses
Indian restaurant Satyam is also a short walk from the hotel
Restaurant serves excellent Breakfast and the evening meals are nice too!!

Hotel looks a bit dated from outside and the corridors give a feel of very old building. But the rooms are nice and well laid out. Not luxury but ok. Location is excellent if visiting fairground. Tv in the room is still old crt type without much channel choices. Breakfast good and plenty.

We spent there 1 night with my wife in August. First they gave us a key to a room on a floor where the cleaning was in progress. As we had an appointment that time an we were in a hurry, such a headache was not really nice to have. However we got a new room afterwards, and ordered a taxi, so we could arrive in time to our appointment. For 1 nights for the price with breakfast is okay. The city center is near to the hotel ny tram or bus.

Rude and not helpful staff. We were a group of 39 people, we arrived at 14:00 and the receptionist said no rooms were available before 15:00. Even there were rooms ready. Rude waiters at the restaurants and at the bar in the evening. We had a pre paid dinner for the whole group but drinks were not included so each person had to order and the waiters didn't want us to order any drink, I insisted that we wanted to drink other things than water and pay for it so they served us but not willing to, with not sympathetic expressions, as they were doing a favor to us!
