I eat regularly there and I am super bumped by the level of service I received in my last visit. Dealt with 3 different staff members and we had issues with basically everything: got trapped in the parking lot for 10 minutes (it was full but you need a password to get out which you only get once you eat and pay), then ordered and they got the quantities wrong, didn't even bring us plates or soy sauce. A lot of things went wrong in just an hour there which made this an overall disappointing experience. The food is great so unfortunately it will only be take out for now on.

There are various places to choose to be seated. The upper floor is the best place in my opinion because downstairs gets a lot of noise. Very well air conditioned. Big selection of dishes to choose from and the prices are ok.

Normally I've had good experiences with this chain, this was an oddity. I ordered spicy ramen with beef, and as far as I could tell the only spice were those three tiny pieces of pepper. They brought me more peppers, but they definitely weren't spicy, argh.
The service was good, and the food came quickly.

Good 'conveyor belt' oriental fusion cuisine…
Tasty and well served food with helpful advice from friendly staff in an otherwise expensively done university canteen style setting. The experience is more that of an eatery (eat fast and go…) , not so much of the casual relaxed chill out I'd like to see. But, to be honest, the food is very good.
