Place needs some serious overhaul. Quite far from old Havana but frequent shuttle into downtown free of charge! Friendly helpful staff!

Giving more stars will be exaggeration,But by Cuban standard it is fine. The Pool, Lawn and sorroundings with down town view is great,The Staff don't pay much attention, But the food was pathetic Opted another one the 2nd day

Four Points Sheraton is a one to two star hotel. It is NOT centrally located and is expensive and not worth the rate. There are other 100 year old hotels in or near Havana Vieja (like Hotel Sevilla and Ambos Mundos) are better than Four Points in Havana. Don't waste your time and money just because Four Points says "Sheraton".

Excellent Hotel by Cuban standards. The beds are the best I have slept in and I have been to Cuba many times. Big super clean pool with food and beverage service. Staff speaks very good English.
