It is a good location, nice area and lots of taxi drivers outside. Their wifi os not good all the time. Their staff is very nice and friendly.

This hotel seemed a little run down but the scuba diving instructors were great.

Arrived at midnight and found the reception staff helpful and gave us a nice room with views over the sea.
Found the hotel to be like most in Cuba need of upgrading but the rooms were kept clean and tidy
Meals as you would expect in Cuba and the staff very friendly and helpful
Negative would be the smoking in the hotel and having locals use the pool to the point nowhere for guests poolside

This year's NYC Educators delegation (37) stayed at the Copacabana in Miramar. The food was excellent...breakfast and dinner...lunch is served poolside. Spacious lobby with music every night and 24 hr. bar...yaay.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great eateries close by...a short taxi ride and your in the middle of Havana. Guest where next year's delegation is staying....yes we loved it.

It's a classic and a great place for a beer at the sea pool. I have never stayed but had the buffet breakfast, if it comes free with the room you might as well eat it. Staff seem pretty good.
