a view of Zagreb to which I grew up. from the 15th floor thats true, but still, Cvjetno naselje (literally "Flower neighbourhood"), I think remains the most beautiful and calm neighbourhood of Zagreb. its endless green yet 30 minute walking distance from the city center make it an amazing place. Here you'll find one of the largest student housings, a huge interactive park for kids and a walkway next to the river that will show you the crown of socialist culture and architecture, "The Cube" building and just next to it, another architectural landmark, the complex of the national tv and radio company, HRT. Beyond that lies Staro Trnje, the oldest neighbourhood, besides the center, in Zagreb.
