Cozy place, perfect for casual evening with friends that can easily turn into non-planned partying if you get few extra drinks. They offer variety of good beers.

Arguably a nice selection of beers but nothing out of the ordinary. The waiter was rude as hell and you can only pay in Croatian kuna. Furthermore, there's smoking inside the bar (the doors are opened but it's useless). Don't go if you're a fan a LOTR, you won't find anything interesting in here.

One of the best beer selections in Zagreb. The Tolkien theme is very strong here. They have Tolkien-themed cocktails and beer. Unfortunately, the place is pretty small so you often won't find a place to sit.

Sitting outside now. It's a warm June Croatian evening and I have a cold dark local beer. Poster in front of me is promoting a "Spring beer festival" of English beer. I doubt many locals drink here. "London calling" is playing in the background. Elvish is written on either side of the entrance. I don't think elves would drink here either. There is a massive beer list but the beer of the week hasn't changed since July 2015 (printed on the menu). Not unpleasant though. Functional is you fancy an outdoor evening drink.

Great little place with a phenomenal selection of beer. The beer list goes on forever and includes everything from local beers to abbey ales. Staff is friendly and willing to offer suggestions if needed. Patio is warm and nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby market areas. Definitely worth a visit if you are a beer lover!
